Methods of Payment

We only accept credit card payments. You may charge your order with your MasterCard, VISA or Discover card.

Shipping Information

Orders will only be shipped to Street or Road Addresses located within the contiguous (lower) 48 states. Orders will not be shipped to Post Office Boxes.

Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground. No "Rush" delivery or processing is available. For fastest delivery, include your name, complete address, route, box or fire number and telephone number.

Any item or order returned by our shipping carrier as "Undeliverable" or "Refused" will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus return shipment costs, and the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Any claims made for lost shipments (in whole or in part), or merchandise damaged in transit, are to be filed against the carrier by the buyer. We will assist the buyer with shipping information and followup information for the buyer's claim.

Passage of Title of Merchandise

Ownership (title) of merchandise passes to buyer upon delivery by us to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept the return or exchange of garments within 30 days of purchase. We refund or exchange unused garments which are clean, unworn, refolded and fit for resale with the original labels attached. Items will not be accepted for a return or exchange if they are worn, washed, mistreated, altered, hemmed or missing their original labels.

All items returned for refund will be asessed a 15% restocking fee. All items returned for exchange will be asessed a 10% restocking fee as well as the cost to ship the replacement items back to the customer. Orders will be recalculated to include the restocking fee, applicable sales taxes and shipping charges.

If you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of your purchase, please contact Customer Service before returning the garment. We will provide you with a "Return/Exchange Authorization" which approves your request and contains additional instructions.

When returning an item to us, please include the "Return/Exchange Authorization" inside your package. Please package the garment in a sturdy box to protect it from damage during transit. We recommend you insure the package and obtain a tracking number in the event your shipment does not reach us. We are not responsible for a return shipment that does not reach us.

We are not responsible for any items, including associated refunds or credits, that are returned to us or received by us without an identifying "Return/Exchange Authorization".

Ship all returns to the address contained in the "Return/Exchange Authorization" information you receive from us.

No C.O.D. or collect shipping returns are accepted.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some garments are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If youwish to return a garment because of a defect, please contact us via email or telephone before returning the garment. We will provide you with special instructions and directions from the manufacturer. Restocking Fees do not apply to returns associated witha manufacturer's warranty.

Stock on Hand, Back Orders and Substitutions

Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available from the manufacturer. If we are temporarily out of an item, we will notify you, then complete and ship your order as soon as new merchandise arrives. If the item is no longer available, we will recalculate your order, minus the unavailable garment, and then process your order. You will be notified about the change via email.

Sales Tax

5.5% Sales Tax will be automatically added to orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses. Orders shipped to addresses outside Wisconsin are not subject to this tax.

Financial Information Security

Our shopping cart and product information are on a standard, non-encrypted Web server. However, you are transferred to our Secure Server once you enter "Check-out Mode". No credit card information is stored on our web server. All orders are Encrypted and Secure.
